The landlord of Vision Court approached us to design and install a solar array to enhance the building’s revenue-generating potential and improve its Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating. Our solution focused on maximizing efficiency while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area.
To achieve this, we utilized an on-roof edge protection system, ensuring minimal impact on the building’s car park. Our design optimised the available roof space, aligning the system’s capacity with the building’s energy consumption needs. Due to limited space for inverters and batteries within the building, we constructed a secure external compound, adhering to all SolarEdge recommendations.
We selected a SolarEdge system for its advanced per-panel monitoring capabilities, ensuring that the solar array remains productive and efficient throughout its lifespan, thereby securing a long-term return on investment.
